3D Printing lowering costs!

"In 2017, the Marine Corps will 3D print certain parts for their most sought after rotorcraft." This is a statement made by the Marine Corps claiming to start the production of multiple pieces their air crafts need. This will help improve the situation america has with the amount of money used and put into their military annually.

This image alone proves how much money the US puts into their military and even though 3D printing will not even come close to reducing this number a huge amount it will still help and is the first steps towards making military costs lower. I find that not only is 3D printing helping for production but this is the first look towards 3D printing being used on aircrafts in the military. The US tax dollars could be used towards other problems in the US rather than the huge amount needed for production of the parts necessary with the planes which in the long run can help a lot of people in need if they have more money to put towards the citizens and not so much defense. The US has been able to use 3D printing to create a wrench to make oil changes on a plane without taking the plane apart even if that does not seem to be much that means it can be a lot safer for engineers of the army and also a lot easier and cheaper to take care of the planes used in the US air force. My point stands that I find not only will it help the way the tax dollars are used but it can offer much more protection at a lower cost.

3D printing jobs!

Getting jobs these days is very difficult some may even call it a crisis and the downfall and end to our economy along with production rates. 3D printing has been a way to eliminate jobs and it has changed the world of production but there is a company by the name Renishaw plans to revolutionize India's production.

«Global engineering company Renishaw has just announced it will be opening a new metal Additive Manufacturing Solutions Center in Pune, India.». Renishaw plans to open a manufacturing company in India and I find that will bring old businesses back to life giving multiple jobs to many poor people of the area. I find that jobs are very scarce and also that not many opportunity's to be apart of a huge 3D printing company exist. This company offers 340 jobs and I find that not only will that change people's lives and give money to the workers to feed their family's but it will also bring life to an abandoned building not in use anymore. We as a community need to start bringing old buildings back to use the space we have already taken which would lead towards less wildlife being destroyed. I say all of this just to prove that by this one company opening up one location it gives tones of jobs to poor people in the region which is currently a problem in India. These new jobs will help India improve their economy and help the citizens get back on their feet, although this is just one company making one location for only 320 jobs it still does have a huge impact and is a step closer towards everyone having a stable job.
